Our waxing treatments are carried out with care, precision and discretion, using professional products designed to be effective while minimising irritation. Whether you’re maintaining regular waxing or visiting for the first time, we’ll make sure you feel comfortable and well looked after throughout your appointment.
Every service is tailored to your skin type and sensitivity, with time taken to ensure clean, long-lasting results and proper aftercare advice. For best results, hair should be approximately ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) before waxing. If hair is too short, the wax may not grip effectively; if it’s longer, your therapist may recommend trimming beforehand for comfort and a smoother finish.

Whether you’re maintaining your colour, changing tone, or exploring something more creative, we’ll help you find the right option for you.
A colour consultation is required for all new colour clients, for anyone changing from their usual colour with us, and for anyone wanting to go lighter — including highlights, balayage or bleaching. Consultations allow us to assess suitability, discuss options, carry out any necessary tests, confirm timing and give realistic pricing guidance, ensuring your colour journey is safe, well-planned and tailored to you.
We offer allergy-free colour options suitable for ages 12–15, where appropriate, and we’re happy to advise on colour choices during pregnancy, focusing on suitability, comfort and peace of mind.
For those who love colour expression, we offer a wide range of vivid shades — from permanent vivids using Elumen, known for long-lasting intensity and shine, to playful, changeable vivids using Crazy Color, perfect for experimentation and shorter-term colour.
We also support creative clients who want to colour at home, offering Bleach & Go services and guidance so you can safely achieve the best base before applying colour yourself.
Unless stated otherwise, all colour services include a cut. Because every head of hair is different, it isn’t always possible to give an exact price or time in advance. During your consultation, we’ll provide a clear and realistic estimate based on hair length, thickness, previous colour, product required and time needed. While this can’t always be exact, it gives you a strong guide before booking. Any additional colour or extra time required on the day will always be discussed with you in advance.
